DOMESTIC ORDERS:

After your order has been received it takes 3-4 business days for the package and full ship, once your item is shipped you will be emailed a confirmation USPS tracking number or in order for you to track your shipment. Please allow 5 -10 days to receive your package. If you need expedited service, please contact us at slh2014@soleloungehtx.com to make arrangements. Once your package is with our courier we cannot change or alter your original address or accommodate shipping hours to match your availability.

please email: slh2014@soleloungehtx.com for any concerns you may have to ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

RETURNS

Returns must be made 3 days after receiving the item you purchased. Item must be unused and unworn. Before returning any item you must contact the store by phone (832-831-8119) or email (slh2014@soleloungehtx.com). If you fail to do so the item will not be accepted by the Sole Lounge staff and returned to the buyer. Sole Lounge will only provide the buyer with store credit or exchange for a different item if the item is approved by staff. Shoes must not be worn or in any condition that We can not add them back into our inventory. Shoes must be in the original box that you received the shoes in. Apparel must not be worn or have any stains on them if you would like to return them. Shipping and handling will not be refunded for any purchase.
